Sorry so late...

Wow, its been a long time!! But its all good, I have great news....I'VE DECIDED TO GO NATURAL!! Yup that's right its been about 9-10 wks since my last relaxer and I'm so nervous for this transition because my hair tends to have a mind of its own. I've been using products by Carols Daughter which are all natural, and they seem to be doing a good job of stopping breakage and keeping my hair moisturized. This weekend I will be getting micros(which I'm scared to death about) but I know God hasn't given me the spirit of fear, so all will be okay(its just hair:)...I'll post some pics once their done. Oh and I just had a birthday, and what a wonderful day it was, to GOD be the GLORY for it ALL !!!

So currently I'm using some of Carol's Daughters products and Organic Olive Oil

• Tui Leave in conditioner(Good for just a refresher mist, but not really as a conditioner)
• Some of Marguerites Magic
• Healthy Hair Butter
• Mimosa Hair Honey
• Lisa's Elixir Oil
• Rosemary Mint Shampoo(Only use once or twice a month, as this does strip your hair, but it cleans very well and has a nice tingle)
• Organic replenishing conditioner(This stuff here is the TRUTH, I can leave it on for a minute and feel the difference,MUST HAVE, I also do my co-washes with this as well)

To natural or not to natural....

Hey guys..I'm seriously thinking of going natural with my hair...The thought of this even scares me though:)
My hair is thin and I think this would seriously help it to thicken up a bit plus just give it a rest from all of the creamy crack that I routinely use every 6 weeks....here's my dilemma, I'm soooo tender headed, so if I wanted to get a sew-in while it was growing out, I'd proly end up taking it out within a week or two. And I'm not sure if I'm "progressive" enough for the TWA(teeny weeny afro)....ugh(shrugs shoulders) HELP!!!

I told the storm....

 What did you tell the storm? Did you tell the storm, that you were more than a conquerer,that its time was almost up?? Or did you give in to the thunder and lightening?? Food for thought....

This is the Day!!

This is the day that the LORD has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it!! This is something so many of us "churchgoers" say, but do we really mean it? Do we really do it?? Sometimes I know it can be hard, but always try and think of the positive aspect of a situation, think of how can or how will God be glorified in the situation...I find when I do this it's easier to deal with the day to day drama, and it just leads to a more peaceful existence....what do you think???
